My parents wouldn't be the easiest clients to please or care for but they feel very happy with the service they have been receiving for well over a year.and a half which has helped them remain semi independent and able to stay together in their own home.

The ladies and Gentleman have been caring for my grandad for quite a few months now, after my grandad being a very able 91 year old man still driving to then having a fall breaking his hip and being bed bound, Avoston have been great caring for my grandad and still are, hes so happy with his care and cannot fault the carers.
Thank you for all your hard work to the carers coming to Gramps and to everyone behind the scenes sorting the paperwork and rotas, I no it would not have been easy to fit it all in last minute coming to care for my grandad 4 times a day but you managed to fit us in, we are really greatfull as a family.

On Friday I feel she has been a true advocate for your service, she went above and beyond today for one of her clients.
This lady was without electricity for many hours, Steff was focused on reaching out to neighbours and making sure she coordinated support in the absence of the customers son's.
Steff was still checking in with me 12 hrs later to make sure June was okay and update me on the electricity situation.
She is a true credit to your company and I thank her for her kindness towards my neighbour. People like steff make the world a better place.

Somewhat belatedly, I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the excellent care provided by Avoston staff to my late father, Mr Roger, during his final illness in November last year.
The daily visits by the carers, who were delightfully kind, cheerful and professional, were a great practical help and comfort to us as we sought to manage his declining health before he entered the hospice.

Avoston care supported my father. I found the team to be caring and flexible. Carers were able to gauge and advise on situations in the home in a professional manner.
My father went from being reluctant to allow any support to actively looking forward to the arrival of carers. We had open communication and it was easy to get feedback. I would recommend.

Both my parent have required additional help over the past couple of years due to their age and having dementia. During this time we have used Avoston for their needs.
All the carers and staff have been very helpful, happy and have looked after my parents perfectly sometimes at very short notice.
Even though my parents can be very stubborn at times the carers have been able to adapt and assist all the while giving them respect and kindness.

Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much hassle, and I am treated as an individual not just a case number, and to have a named carer is of Great help to me, as I have trust issues of I need extra support they are there for me.
