I joined the avoston team in late February, All the team are wonderful and so helpful, I'm so happy I moved to such a wonderful and caring company. Excellent rates of pay and great support. Best decision I made joining this wonderful company from the manager to all the careers everyone is friendly and helpful and every carer goes above and beyond.

I decided to go back to the care industry after many years away, the decision to join Avoston was very clear after seeing first hand how their staff cared for a very close friend of mine. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail enabled my friend the independence she needed. Since joining the company l have seen the professional manner in which the company is run and the support given to staff as well as clients furthermore I have been encouraged and supported to gain additional qualifications.
