Kerry and her team from Avoston came highly recommended and I can see why. They were really professional and organised They were calm and charming - despite being confronted with a client who wasn’t always easy.
If there were any issues that needed discussing, they were always available.
We had no prior experience of hiring a team of carers and feel very fortunate to have found Avoston.

Can you please pass on to all the ladies and guys mum passed away this evening. Peacefully and without pain. Thank them all from me for the wonderful care they gave mum and the kind support they have given me over the journey.
I’ll keep in contact and give you details on the funeral in case anyone would like to come as they would be very welcome.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and all mum's carers for all your support and kindness over the past 6 months - it has given me peace of mind knowing she has company and someone to check on her and I know mum looks forward to her daily chats!

Avoston care is an exceptional company who have made the difficult process of needing care very easy and professional.
Nothing has been too much trouble and Kerry and Kaz have gone way beyond the extra mile.
We've need 24 hour cover at very short notice and this has been arranged with minimum fuss.
The care being provided is second to none and the carers are professional, polite and proactive in their approach.

I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for the additional support you've given myself and dad over the last few weeks. I've so appreciated your help in getting the right care and equipment in place for dad - your expertise in dealing with various healthcare professionals is amazing. As you know, dad has had a difficult time recently but his face always lights up when the carers come in to see him. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the amount of pressure they have taken off my shoulders is huge - please pass on my thanks to them all. I really don't know where we would be without your help!
