I would like to thank you again for the care and friendship everyone provided for mum - it made a big difference to her quality of life, for which we are very grateful.

I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for the additional support you've given myself and dad over the last few weeks. I've so appreciated your help in getting the right care and equipment in place for dad - your expertise in dealing with various healthcare professionals is amazing. As you know, dad has had a difficult time recently but his face always lights up when the carers come in to see him. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the amount of pressure they have taken off my shoulders is huge - please pass on my thanks to them all. I really don't know where we would be without your help!

I would like to take this opportunity to thankyou all of your staff for their exceptional care of my Aunt albeit for a very short period. Every one of your carers were kind, helpful and allowed my Aunt to still keep her independence.
