After we had lost my mother of whom my 92yr old stepfather cared for, he had 2 major operations and 12 weeks in hospital he was left unable to care for himself, lonely and very unwell. What is it like to work for Avoston?
I have worked for Avoston Care for the last 10 months and I can honestly say its been the best job I have had for the last 10 years!
Was very apprehensive & anxious when I was looking for a job because I knew it would only be short term as I had already made the decision to move abroad, but I am incredibly grateful that Kerry & Leigh gave me a chance to join the Team. Management has been very supportive, understanding & encouraging throughout my time working for them.
