I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for the additional support you've given myself and dad over the last few weeks. I've so appreciated your help in getting the right care and equipment in place for dad - your expertise in dealing with various healthcare professionals is amazing. As you know, dad has had a difficult time recently but his face always lights up when the carers come in to see him. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the amount of pressure they have taken off my shoulders is huge - please pass on my thanks to them all.
